Plumbing Leak in Rutherford County

SERVPRO of Rutherford County was called out to this house after a massive plumbing leak from the second floor came down to the first floor. The homeowner noticed after it had been leaking for some time.

We were tasked with removing severely damaged ceilings and replacing them. Parts of the ceiling material had to be removed and replaced. Because water damage naturally gravitates toward the lowest spots, there was drywall damage as well. We had to tear out some of the  drywall and replace it also.

SERVPRO of Rutherford County also did a major restoration job on the rest of the house.
