Moldy Crawl Space in Murfreesboro

This is a common problem in the Southeastern United States. Mold in the crawlspace comes about as the result of frequently changing temperatures mixed with moisture from the rain getting into areas under the house. It's very important to have regular inspections. This homeowner had a recurring moisture issue which led to a bad buildup of mold under their home.

SERVPRO was able to respond to this issue quickly. We came out and fixed the areas where there was water intrusion. We also came out and removed the mold from the joists under the house. You can see how much better the wood looks in the after photo.
